Location: Work from Home / Central
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Employment Type: 6-months contract (renewable) / Up to 1-year
Salary: Up to $2000
Responsibilities:
– Provide customer service and support on dispute resolutions
– Making outbound calls to follow-up on cases
– Support back-end case processing duties
Requirements:
– Diploma in any field
– Some customer service experience preferred
– Able to commit for at least 6 months
– On the Job training provided
