Job Description:

Our client is currently looking for a Customer Service Officer position.

Responsibilities:
• Answering incoming calls and handling enquiries
• Preparation of CO, DO and all related paper documents
• Arrange and schedule collection date and time
• Liaise with Transport Department to confirm collection date and time
• Liaise with Operations on details of clients requirements
• Submission to NEA e-tracking system for all daily collection
• Daily filing of all incoming CO, DO done from the previous day
• And other administrative scope that relates to transport coordination, operation, laboratory, accounts and sales support

Job Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
• Organised. independent and a team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
