Job Description:
• Handling inbound calls from customers.
• Attend to walk-in external and internal customers
• Manage customer feedbacks/complaints with a good closure within the operational turnaround time • Walk-in/ inbound call enquiries can be from the Great Eastern Life Planners, Policyholders, Bank Channel Sales Representatives and Bancassurance Customers
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Others or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s), working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
