Job Description:
Our client, a well-known Japanese company is looking for candidates for the position of Account cum Admin Assistant.

Responsibilities:
• Handle full spectrum of accounting duties, including AR,AP, bank reconciliation, Journal Entry. etc.
• Assist in monthly reporting and HQ quarterly reporting
• Prepare for GST submission.
• Check invoices issued by Sales and repair departments
• Check staff claims
• Admin duties such as:
• Check staff business trip allowance
• Checking staff attendance
• Air tickets booking and bills checking
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by manager

Requirements:
• Diploma and above in Accountancy
• More than 1 year accounting experience
• Proficient in MS Excel
