Job Description:
• Manage and administer MS Exchange, AD. Group policies, DNS and DHCP
• Manage. monitor and support networking services of LAN. WAN. VLAN and Internet network infrastructure.
• Lead problem resolution and root cause analysis
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma with 3 years relevant experience
• Experience in troubleshooting Windows PCs, managing MS Exchange, network, Active directory, DNS, DHCP and VMWare.
• Possess analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve desktop, email, server and network issues
• Ability to initiate corrective and proactive actions
• Experience in working in a cross-functional team
• MCSA/MCSE Certification is advantageous
