Job Description:
Job Scope:
• To review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.
• To Carry out construction works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation to ensure compliance to regulatory.
• Co-ordinating with the Structural. Architectural and M&E staff to resolve related problems and issues
• To ensure timely and smooth progress of works.
• Prepare various reports (progress report, project handover report and etc.).
• Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with at least 2 years of construction experiences.
• Able to co-ordinate with Main Contractors, Sub Contractor and Suppliers etc.
• Must be able to read construction drawings.
