Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate HR database and up to date employee records.
On-boarding / Off-boarding formalities, staff orientation.
Prepare HR related documents and assist in administration of annual performance appraisals, preparation of appointment letter, staff orientation, etc.
Maintaining and updating of information on group organization chart and office directories.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly payroll, CPF, SDF and salary report preparation.
Generate and prepare staff and workers’ payslips.
Preparation and filling of IR8A and IR21
Application, renewal, and cancellation of foreign worker passes.
Administration of NS, maternity, childcare, paternity claim, and statutory claims.
To assist in recruitment which includes job postings, schedule interviews.
Application of government training grants.
Manage and renewal of existing Jurong island passes.
Handle all clearance for resignation / termination / dismissal.
Handle travel and accommodation booking.
Coordination with 3rd party IT vendor on IT-related issues (email, network, purchasing of new laptops for staff etc.)
Act as a point of contact with regards to labour legislation issues and Ministry of Manpower Employment Practices, including participation in market surveys conducted by MOM, IRAS, CPF, WDA etc.
Handle all government statutory surveys, grant application, claim submission, and involvement in yearly audit exercise.
Purchasing
To negotiate price, credit, and delivery terms with vendors.
To prepare and maintain the necessary documentation such as purchasing order, delivery order and other transactions.
Generate and monitor purchase orders for direct and indirect materials (pantry, stationeries, etc.)
Monitor the delivery schedules from Suppliers to ensure that all parts due arrive on time.
Filing and documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Degree in any discipline with HR Specialization.
At Least 1-2 years of HR experience.
Full knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and manpower regulations.
Passionate about HR work and possess strong resilience.
Pro-active, hands-on, and driven.
Positive working attitude & Good team player.
High level of integrity and responsibility.
