Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
Container Asset Management for own and lease containers
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Container lease contract management (contract data maintenance in company system)
Accurate registration and timely update of lease contract in the system
2.Container seal procurement
Coordinate with the Local office and seal vendor to distribute container seal in a timely manner. Overall cost control for seal expenses include BID arrangement.
3.Team KPI report creation / modification and support for data user as team data analyst
Validate new report request to avoid duplication
Efficiently communicate with business user on challenge and requirements of reports
4.Container Injection operation management
Follow up with container factory or leasing company on production / delivery schedule
Lease contract registration & document filing
Liaise with local office for on-hire process
Clear and timely information sharing with front office for new van delivery and monitoring for delivery operation
Accurate registration of lease contracts in the system and maintain proper filing of signed contracts & production / classification certificates.
5.Container Sales Management
Clear instruction and coordination with Local office on container disposal operation
Negotiate with buyers tactfully and professionally, includes BID arrangement
6.Ad-hoc tasks
Manage ad-hoc tasks and assignments as delegated by managers
7.Backup works
Provide backup for team members
REQUIREMENT
Proficient in MS Excel/Word/PPT ,MS Access skill will be an advantage
Bachelor/Diploma in Maritime studies
Prefer either Container Inventory control, Operation / Trade space management job experience
