Job Description:
Responsibilities:
You will be part of the project implementation and maintenance support team.
• This is a hands-on, technical position. The key responsibilities for this position are:
• Position products to customers looking for ITSM/application end-to-end, desktop/server virtualization monitoring solutions:
• Install, configure, and prove the value of the company’s products in proof of concepts. Generate reports demonstrating the value of the solutions in solving key business problems for customers.
• Provide presentations and demonstrations of the company’s products to prospective customers;
• Train prospective customers and partners on the company’s products.
• Handle post sales activities including implementations, troubleshooting, customizations and applying upgrades and patches at customer sites.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering
• Minimum 2 year experiences implementation and administration with one or more of the following technologies:
– Citrix infrastructure
– Windows Server and its networking environment
– VMware infrastructure
– Java/J2EE Technologies & Web Application is a Plus
• interested in working in a customer support and customer engagement role.
• interested in learning new technologies and applying them to solve real world problems.
