Roles & Responsibilities
Medication administration and proper documentation.
Perform corrective and preventive measures for non-compliance and discrepancies.
Observe and improve SOPs and nursing home policies.

Requirements:
Registered Nurse under Singapore Nursing Board
At least 2 years relevant experience in the ILTC/General Ward Setting
