Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• In charge of the full spectrum of shipping documentation, invoicing, packing list, L/C negotiation, certificate of origin, bill of lading & etc.
• Processing of customer/supplier orders. monitoring, tracking of orders & outstanding shipments. • Sales Administration
• Coordinating and handling of customer requirement, enquiry and feedback.
• Coordinating and handling of company’s other office requirement and communication.
• Issuing Contract, Sales Invoice, Delivery Notes and Credit Notes
• Fill out payment application and manage account receivable/payable.
• Knowledge in letter of credit is preferred
• Coordinating and handling of claim issue and its compensation in time.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, a, field.
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
