Job Duties:
• Ilan the conduct of the Qualifying Exams for foreign trained Allied Health Professionals, held in January, May and October annually. The staff is to also maintain the QE details on the website with the most accurate and updated information.
• Liase with AHPC on the application of candidates to participate in the Qualifying Exams (QE). This follows reviewing eligibility of the application documents, tracking the payment for the QE fees and also the information of the exam venue.
• Prepare the administrative and logistical matters pertaining to the QE, including hiring the Standardised Patients, nomination of examiners; arranging the written and practical examinations. appointment of markers.
• Arrange for regular meeting with Board of Examiners for QE to validate the quality of the exams and verify the results for candidates.
• Maintain records of all QE applicants; as part of the requirement for periodic reporting to AHPC and Ministry of Health.
• Other related administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree holder;
• Work experience in an educational environment, performing a similar role will be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; good written and oral skills; • Ability to be versatile in working independently and as an excellent team player towards set goals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
