Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring Design Concepts are carried through at every stage for local and overseas projects especially in Bangkok. Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi. and Jakarta
• Keen eye for aesthetics. sensitive in detail design with a good knowledge of building materials
• Meets the project deliverable requirements especially for large condominium, office, retile store, service apartment, and hotel projects
• Preferably, lead a. support Building Information Modeling (BIM) Coordinators and BIM modelers to deliver the work on time and with high standards while providing support to the Architectural Manager
• Works closely with project team in coordinating; organising and producing of shop-drawings and documentations for infrastructure projects
• Preferably. explore innovation and encourage the use of advanced tools
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Around 10 years of relevant experience
• Having practical skills in such as Revit BIM, Auto-cad. Sketch-up: Photoshop. Microsoft Office
• Having passion for design, a commitment to continued learning and the desire to innovate
• Able to go on business trips to Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi, and Jakarta every month for 1-2 days
