Location: Raffles Place
Salary: $2400 – $2700
Work Duration: 12 Months Renewable Contract
Working hours: 8.45am to 5:45pm (Mon-Fri)
Job Duties:
• Greeting and attending to visitors in a professional manner
• Manage Switchboard and reception area
• Transfer incoming calls to respective employees
• To assist in office administrative matters
• Receive incoming mails
• Maintain booking system for meeting rooms
• Updating of call in and referral leads Ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Qualifications & Requirements:
• At least 3 year of front desk/receptionist experience
• Diploma holder
• Possess friendly personality
• Mandarin both speaking and written (Business Level)
• Pro-activeness
