Job Description
Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Quantity Surveyor.
Job Scope:
Source for quotation for materials and services
Preparation of subcontractor’s/supplier’s procurement/agreements and payments
Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
Cost planning/estimations and measurement of quantities
Responsible for claims/variation orders/budget & cost control
Prepare settlement of final accounts
Maintenance of project documentations
Manage contracts administration
Handle issues including terms and condition
Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years experience in relveant.
