Coaching/Guiding members to grow their carrier.
Well balance in business and information technology mindset.
ITIL, PMP, general network skill related (e.g; CCNA), general Microsoft server skill related (e.g; MCSA), Microsoft cloud service skill related (M365/Azure/Power Platform/Dynamics365)
