Job Description:
• Full spectrum of HR duties
• Handling compensation & benefits of the company
• End-to-end recruitment process including posting of advertisements to onboarding of new employees
• Review and implement HR policies
• In charge of HR matters such as employee grievances, training and development
• Manage employee work pass application
• Handle Payroll
• Prepare of appointment letter
• Conduct and manage orientation for newly joined employees. Including but not limited to prepare newly join work desk, emails, laptop, inform IT etc
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years of experience in HR
• Good knowledge of Human Resource Practices & MOM laws
• Experience from Construction industry would be advantageous
• Immediate / Short notice candidate would be advantageous
