Job Description:
• East area/ 5 days work week from Mon to Saturday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
• Permanent job opportunity
• Up to $2500 basic + monthly incentive + performance bonus
Main duties:
• Attend to phone-in enquires and/or emails and correspondences from the public
• Provide personalized services to customers in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
• Able to go extra miles for customers and exceed customer’s expectations.
