DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative support in implementing Global HR Projects.
Support in Performance Management related enquiries and administrations.
Supports in related activities in Global Talent Management and Succession, Development process.
Supports in maintaining global/local talent & succession lists and development plans.
Supports in establishing/reviewing Global leadership competency framework, training framework, with regions.
Proactively supporting in learning & development activities and training plans execution.
Supports in Employee Engagement Survey process and follow up actions.
Corresponds to employees request of performance management, training requests, registrations, training logistics, takes records of training fees.
Liaise, work and communicate closely with vendors, responsible on tracking relevant contract matters.
Support on employee daily communication and corresponds to ad-hoc inquiries from employees.
Good MS office skills, eg: Excel, Pivot Table, Vlookup etc.
Good communication skills.
Degree Holder is preferred.
1-2 years of HR experience
With shipping industry related experience would be an advantage
