Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
This global headquarter position is highly cross-functional – working closely with relevant key stakeholders, business partners, and the senior management team.
To assist/lead/support in enhancing various digital transformation initiatives focused on enhanced employee and the customer experience in the eCommerce Eco-System as a business functional analyst.
To act as Area Product owner and drive ideas to release the system/process solution to customers. The person will be responsible to ensure to deliver value-based digital products and coordinate and support business operations improved through system or process enhancements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To liaise with regional stakeholders of Customer service team, IT development team and to contribute to Project design, Development, Implementation, and communication at appropriate touch points throughout the life cycle
To ensure customer service initiatives in the Company Global Customer Service strategy that is primarily focused on Improving productivity at our onshore & offshore centers.
To continually innovate new ideas and solutions to promote or enrich customer service and other applications capabilities & explore integration opportunities within Company solution aimed to enhance user experience flow.
To participate and contribute to ad-hoc projects involving eCommerce and corporate portal application areas towards digitization and other digital offerings to the customer.
To impart necessary training to juniors/newcomers related to the relevant application areas. This also involves knowledge sharing within the team members to make them understand the work/project they are involved in
Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as requested.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Maritime or equivalent.
2 years or more in relevant Liner operations system operations focused on customer facing applications – Preferably hands-on.
2 years or more experience with Agile Way of Working, preferably certified Product Owner.
Understanding Agile/Scrum Project life cycle.
Project Management experiences (Agile/Waterfall)
Business Data Analysis – BPM , Workflow, and others.
Good Analytic Skill Set using various tools (eg. Looker, Google Analytics, Miro, Jira, others)
Good communication skills with various stakeholders to find out what they hope to achieve.
