• Location: Tanjong Pagar – Walking distance from MRT
• Working Day: 5 Days work week
• Salary: $Basic + Allowance + Bonuses
Jobs Responsibilities:
– Attending to inbound calls
– Attending to call back requests from customers
– Ensure follow up on cases escalated
– Perform simple investigation for cases
– Attending to emails enquiry when necessary
Requirements:
– Singaporean Only
– Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field or its equivalent
– Relevant working experience in Call Centre setting is a plus
