Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
Conceptualize CRM strategies and manage the Company ID Program and loyalty Programme (e.g. Points, Rewards and Redemption policy) to ensure constant engagement with members, acquisition and retention of customers.
Develop and execute effective marketing plans for different tiers of customers base to drive sales.
Work closely with all parties to enhance the functionality, design and user experience on the CRM and ECommerce platforms.
Research and analyze CRM data, propose effective CRM strategies (e.g. customer retention, repeat customers, consumer behavior, one-to-one marketing, etc.) to achieve EC KPIs.
Utilize CRM platform structure and Customer Journey Mapping to capture information at key stages of the customer life cycle to maximize commercial opportunities and profitability.
Work closely with digital marketing members to drive database traffic to relevant proprietary platforms and to ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities and propose countermeasures.
Support in organizing targeted events for members including the top customers and different segments.
Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM.
Overseeing the migration of all members to Company ID via lower cost mediums and ensure constant growth year on year.

Job Requirement:
Diploma or degree in Marketing or marketing related fields.
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in direct/digital marketing and management of CRM and ECommerce platforms, preferably in luxury retail Industry.
Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies.
Working experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Database Management, Loyalty Program, Email Marketing, Consumer Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager.
Strength in execution of campaigns and evaluation of results.
Good customer relations and engagement skills.
