Position Overview: We are seeking a few compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our clients’ dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals, and promoting health education and wellness within the community. Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across the lifespan, adhering to evidence-based practice and professional standards.
Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health status, including physical, psychological, and emotional needs, to develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established protocols.
Monitor patients’ vital signs and response to interventions, promptly recognizing and addressing any changes in their condition.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to coordinate and optimize patient care, including consulting on treatment plans and participating in interdisciplinary rounds.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies to promote wellness and prevent complications.
Advocate for patients’ rights and preferences, ensuring their voices are heard and respected in the healthcare decision-making process.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic medical records.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice projects to enhance the delivery of nursing care and patient outcomes.
Foster a culture of safety and infection control, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices to minimize risks to patients and healthcare providers.
Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Singapore
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.
Preferred Qualifications:
