Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
• Involve in clinical services such as attend ambulatory services & multidisciplinary rounds
• Provide drug information to respective healthcare personnel in the organization
• Provide support for the development of drug information resources for healthcare professionals
• Oversee the work of pharmacy technician and assistant
• Involve in quality improvement and safety activities within the department
Job Requirements
• Minimum Degree / Master in Clinical Pharmacy
• Fully registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council
• Preferably 3 years of experience in clinical pharmacy setting
• Good communication, organization and problem-solving skills
