The incumbent is responsible for implementing global talent strategies for the organisation. These include but not limited to Talent review Succession planning and internship program.

Job Duties:
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following,
• Assist in developing talent pipeline strategies and follow through with implementation in regions.
• Lead the global implementation of talent review and succession planning and work with region HR. • Maintain strong connection with the Regional HR and managers to understand the talent needs of the business.
• Develop globe guidelines on internship programs and lead the implementation.
• Responsible for executing recruitment, selection and sourcing plans to fill key positions for company’s core businesses.

Job Requirements:
• Degree, with specialization in Human Capital Management advantageous
• Minimum 3 years in generalist HR streams and relevant experience in staffing & recruitment role. • Resourceful. self-motivated, meticulous, demonstrate initiative and strong decision-making with good follow-up skills.
• A strong communicator with well-honed interaction skills.
• Must have a good sense of urgency in meeting deadlines with a positive “can-do” attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills, meticuluous, project management skills, strong team player
