Responsibilities
We’re looking for a collaborative Partner / Channel Sales Manager with a track record of managing successful partner programmes, to drive channel sales and achieve business objectives.
Develop partner programmes, including managing incentives and profitability of partnership model;
Identify channel sales strategies and work closely with partners to build healthy sales pipelines;
Monitor and report on partner performance, supporting their achievement of quarterly and annual targets;
Drive engagement, knowledge and technology enablement among partners;
Develop actionable plans for measuring performance and potential of channel partners;
Work closely with partners to respond to tenders;
Achieve and exceed sales and commercial objectives.
Requirements
Tertiary education in any discipline;
At least 5 years of channel sales management experience in technology or enterprise software;
Experience in channel sales development and management;
Highly collaborative with the ability to adapt quickly to changes in the market and identify opportunities;
Strong sense of initiative with excellent problem-solving skills;
Analytical skills;
Good communication skills, written and verbal, as well as good presentation skills;
Attention to detail;
Ability to multi-task and manage time well to achieve business objectives.
