Job Description:

• Develop training plan and methodology.
• Provide training to users and track operations
• The scope including to develop, review, update and get it baseline for below documents.
• Training support plan
• Task analysis report
• Training Need Analysis and Report
• Personnel Resource Requirements Need
• Training Equipment and Material List
• Project coordination such as drafting of charts, tracking of team deliverables and other administrative tasks

Requirements:

• MS Office familiarity
• Proficient in English
• Preferably IT or telco background / knowledge
• Able to lead and work with different stakeholders
