Job Description:
– Oversee contractors and facilities vendors across Singapore and the company’s retail outlets. Manage the daily operations and facilities management teams, from managing maintenance schedules and assigning roles.
– Involved in fire safety management and ensuring fire regulations are met in the HQ building and its outlets.
– Attend management meetings, involved in routine maintenance works and improvements works.
– Perform regular checks on building’s M&E equipment’s and fire safety equipment and ensure facilities operations run smoothly on site.

Job Requirement:
– Min Diploma in Engineering or Building Services or its equivalent
– Minimum of 4 years of experience in Facilities Management (preferable for retail shops or Shopping mails)
– Fire Safety Manager Certified

Job Information:
– Working Location: Istand wide
– 5days / Week 9:00am — 6:00pm
