Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for issuance of cheques.

• To perform general accounting functions:-
• Data entry of daily cash flow information
• Coding and keying of receipts and payment vouchers
• Raising bank-in slips and cash deposits
• Preparing cheque payments
• Creditors reconciliation
• Monthly mobile and pager and petrol analysis
• Updating and monitoring office expenses
• To assist Senior Accounts Officers / Accounts Officer in co-ordinating and monitoring of cost incurred for projects undertaken by the Company.
• Any other duties (including admin duties) assigned by Accountant/ Assistant Accountant/ Accounts Executive/ Accounts Officer.

Requirement:
· Must have at least GCE N’ Level with 2 years of working experience
· At least 1 year’s relevant working experience
· Good in coordination and follow thru
· Experience in vendor management and coordination work
· Excellent communications and written skills.
