Career Progression
You will begin as an individual contributor across backend, mobile, and infrastructure. Areas of coverage are shared within the team, and assignments will be matched to your experience and capabilities. As you grow, you will have opportunities to take on larger responsibilities and progress into a tech lead role. If your depth of experience is already approaching a lead role, please describe this clearly in your application, as you will be highly considered. Hands?on technical experience is a must.
Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain applications using Java and related frameworks
Enhance Android apps, integrate APIs, and sync with Windows environments
Research and integrate Edge?AI technologies into our distributed platform
Manage AWS deployments and infrastructure sizing
Troubleshoot issues, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure system reliability
Collaborate closely within a small team to shape product direction
Maintain and evolve desktop client interfaces using Java UI frameworks
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
0–5 years of Java/JavaScript development experience (Android SDK/API or edge deployments advantageous)
Strong problem?solving and debugging skills
Fresh graduates with excellent academic results, strong portfolios, and a resilient “can?do” attitude are encouraged to apply
Technical Skills
Core Java (or equivalent: C++, Python)
Databases: SQL, NoSQL, Big Data
Frameworks/libraries: Hibernate, JDBC, Swing, Spring
Wire formats: JSON, XML
Familiarity with UI/UX tools (Figma, Adobe XD)
Mobile app development and embedded environments
Version control (Git)
Cloud services (AWS, Azure)
Nice to Have: Spring/Jakarta EE, CI/CD exposure, NetBeans/Eclipse, MQ protocols, basic exposure to AI/ML concepts or frameworks
