Job Description:

Our client, a well known Japaneses company is looking for candidates for the position of Sales Coordinator.

Responsibilities/Tasks:
– Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
– Handle and resolve customer complaints.
– Handle all shipping documents (BL/Packing List/Invoices/COO etc).
– Responsible in preparing LC
– Provide pricing and delivery information (For existing customers and sample submission only).
– Manage administration (Filling and documentations)
– Monitor sales performance (Twice per week min) and ensure department KPI are closely monitor.
– Generate sales report (Monthly basis).
– Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
– Record details of action taken.
– Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
– Other ad-hoc duties assign.

Requirements:
– Minimum 2-3 years experience in Logistics/shipping arrangement in manufacturing of trading environment.
– Independent communicative character to be able to synergize the team work within the team.
