Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
Assess patient health needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practices in patient care.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent
Valid nursing license and registration to practice.
Valid BLS and ACLS certification
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in patient care.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
