Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Devise and implement global marketing strategies and policies to optimize channel/ product mix to maximize profits globally and improve netback;
• Decide on the global volume allocation based on netback performance;
• Set monthly price target and annual contract price target;
• Monitor business performance through business analysis, including netback and KPI/ benchmark exercises, and regularly prepare key management reports;
• Prepare annual marketing budgeting and planning;
• Manage EDPM and Rubber market intelligence;
• Oversee market development and product portfolio optimization:
• Train the Sales Team in product application and promotion so as to improve sales volume from more potential customers
Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university or institution;
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience in EDPM business or equivalent;
• In-depth and multilateral knowledge on EPDM / TPO business and product knowledge;
• Knowledge in business process re-engineering;
• Travel globally, 30% per month
