Job Description:
• Assisting the Finance manager and reporting directly to the CEO
• Preparation of staff claims, purchase requisitions and purchase orders
• Processing of supplier invoices
• Maintenance of staff leaves and financial schedules
• Assisting CEO in day to day activities
• Handling general phone enquiries
• Ad-hoc duties by Management
Requirements:
• At least a Diploma in Accountancy or any relevant field
• At least 1 year of experience
• Good team player, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and good problem solving skills
