Job Description:
• Perform full spectrum of HR function which includes full recruitment processes
• Prepare letters such as employment contract
• Prepare and process resignation and employee off-boarding matters
• Apply/renew/cancel work pass for foreign employees
• Maintain and update employee personal data and leave status in HRIS.
• Administer employees compensation and benefit packages
• Assist Director to generate incentive, salary increment and promotion data of APAC
• Monthly Payroll Processing (inclusive of CPF submission. IR8A. IR21, Maternity Leave, NS, etc.) • Coordinate and facilitate orientation training for new employees.
• Review HR policies and update the Employee’s Handbook annually
• Assist Director on annual Group’s Culture Survey, Performance evaluation processes
• Prepare and organise monthly HR video conference meeting for discussion about regional and group activities
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Able to work in fast paced environment.
• Strong in communication skills
• Candidate with short notice is prefereed
