Job Purpose:
Established 3PL MNC which is looking for a Group Business Development Coordinator who is capable to support office team, that is targeting new business opportunities in Southeast Asia region and target customers are multi-national organization with HQ’s in Europe, N. Americas or other regions.
This position is suitable for person who has skills of self-management, strong interpersonal skills, creative thinking, adaptability, streetwise and entrepreneurial with 10 years of experience in similar roles.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Support sales team with schedule management, document preparation, creation of presentation materials, record keeping and others.
General office administrator including HR record keeping.
Management of key customer KPI reporting, operational reporting and issue resolution.
Onboarding of new customer business using defined implementation methods and project skills.
Manage day to day reporting needs, look at trend analysis for operational concerns as well as provide solutions directly to customers and operational teams.
Prepare and be prepared to present MBR, QBR reports both internal and external.
Monitor and manage new business implementation and progress as per expectations across multi-function teams.
Train and oversee program management processes.
Manage and integrate BI processes into program management and implementation.

Flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Friendly and outgoing with people but driven to achieve results.
Professional Qualities and Experience:
University degree preferable.
Strong competence with MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Strong knowledge and experience in freight forwarding program management with strong analytical skills.
Experience in freight forwarding and/or logistics industry essential.
Experience with international organization or business preferred.
Sufficient skill for researching and manipulation of data analysis.
Having well-organized record keeping skill.
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
Implementation methodology trained.
