Job Description:
• Develop an effective social media strategy & create a set of internal Social Media guidelines and assist with training teams
• Be alert and stay ahead of new, emerging social channels and provide recommendations on opportunities to market and engage on these platforms
• Propose new ideas and concepts for social media content across all market sectors
• Identify key social influencers that Marketing teams can engage with to promote the Croda brands • Work with marketing teams to develop large social media campaigns
• Conduct full social media audit across all market sectors to understand current performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Monitor and report back to the team on KPIs and provide recommendations for improvement
• Measure and evaluate performance on social networks when called upon Influencing & Communication
Requirements:
• Possess at least a diploma with 2 years of experience in key social channels
• Good understanding of brand listening. social media reporting and scheduling tools
• Genuine passion for all things social media, content and digital related
• Highly motivated, strong team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude and good communication skills
