Job Description:
Customer Service Assistant
Changi North Rise (Upper Changi MRT)
Mondays to Friday, 9am —- 6pm
Up to $2400 per month

Responsibilities:
– Communicate properly and responsible with assigned customers in the course of the job
– Manage customers adjustments. claims, quotations, and process customer orders
– Track stock availability and create shipping documents.
– Ensure accurate and timely billing/invoicing to customers
– Maintain records of transactions and interactions
– Update ERP (SAP) and Database (Microsoft Access)
– Meet the Key Performance Indices set forth by the supervisor
– Assist in other tasks that the supervisor may from time to time assign

Requirements:
– Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
