Job Description:
Our client is a major player in the property development industry, fast expanding into the APAC region, they are currently seeking for a Chief Marketing Officer for their project in Bali, Indonesia, this role will oversee all real estate marketing activities for our client in Bali.
Responsibilities:
• Direct and Drive all spectrums of marketing activities including business development, customers
• relations management and sales and marketing.
• Responsible for the company’s brand and business strategy
• Business partnering with all stakeholders & BU in aligning marketing strategies and plans
• Lead and mentor marketing team: to ensure smooth marketing process throughout
Requirements:
• Minimum 113, years of experience in the marketing field with 5 years as HOD
• Proven track record in driving and directing marketing strategies
• Excellent stakeholders management, interpersonal skills and communication skills
