Customer Experience Centre, Team Supervisor
S$3,501 – S3,700
Location, Bendemeer or Maxwell Road
Working Hour: Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
Might have to work on Weekends if there is project deadline to meet.

• Lead a team of survey interviewers
• Provide specialised subject specific trainings/guidance to interviewers
• Verify cases completed by interviewers
• Manage escalated cases
• Conduct personal visit to respondents
• Ensure KPI of team is met in a timely manner
• To prepare and submit weekly scorecard and KPI reports to Team Manager
• Perform shift work which includes working outside usual office hours and weekends
• Provide administrative support and perform ad-hoc duties

Requirement:
• Min Diploma with 5 years experience
