Our client, a primary healthcare institution in Singapore is currently seeking candidates to join them as a Senior/ Staff Nurse.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care and provide health education for patients
Document patient care accurately and concisely
Provide nursing care according to nursing policies and nursing practices
Teach and advise patients with chronic conditions on self-management skills
Collaborate with other departments and/or community partners to achieve continuity of care
Monitor patients’ condition and treatment
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Nursing and registered with Singapore Nursing Board
Experience in nursing and managing patients with chronic conditions is advantageous
