Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design and develop mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions, including configuration, coding, and integration with other systems.
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in Salesforce and mobile applications, and provide timely resolutions.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs to streamline business processes.
Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, system design, and user guides.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce and mobile app development trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent
Min 3 to 5 years working experience in Salesforce with strong focus on Salesforce Sales/Service and Marketing Cloud, ?experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM also welcome to apply
Experience with ?Salesforce Trailblazer ?Certified / ?Lightning and Flows Builder / Apex and Visualforce / Marketing Cloud / Lightning Web Components is preferred
Strong coding and knowledge with ?HTML & CSS, JavaScript & jQuery, .NET, Ionic, ?Angular, ?Capacitor, Cordorva
Certified Force.com Developer or Full cycle SFDC Development Methodologies is a plus
Background in CRM process design and implementations
Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation, and load (ETL) tools.
Experience in Mobile App Development such as Ionic Capacitor or equivalent
Strong presentation and communication skills
