Job Description:
• Provide hardware, software, network and infrastructure support for POS (Point-Of-Sales), PC/NB. printers
• Perform and monitor daily system jobs in retail applications and responsible for IT equipment management and reconciliation.
• Maintain system security, backup and restore

Requirements:
• Min Diploma with at least 3 years experience in PC hardware/ software and networking support
• Good Knowledge/Experience on Point-Of-Sales application, networking and wireless
• Has experience with virtualisation and containerisation (e.g. VMware, hyper-v)
• Has Experience working on Cloud hosting, preferably in AWS is a plus
