Job Description
Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Sales Coordinator.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive order from customer, check unit price, issue Sales Order and Purchase Order
Correspond with overseas suppliers (related companies) to manage shipping schedule and delivery of goods
Plan delivery schedule accordingly as per customer request
Create Goods Received Note on receipt of goods, liaise with Storekeeper to keep stock or immediate shipment to customer
Prepare Delivery Order and Tax Invoice, contact freight forwarder to collect shipment and follow-up to obtain shipping documents
Update and maintain Purchase Order with GRN number and supplier invoice number
Update supplier’s invoice with tax invoice number and date of delivery
Update Inventory major customers after each movement of stock
Repair/Rework goods for customers and make necessary arrangements and follow-up with supplier
Report weekly – Stock balance and delivery forecast
Report monthly – Check with supplier on outstanding orders, Stock balance at month end
Yearly – Plan of shipment date with supplier
Some Planning on product size for repair job
Provide the necessary support to the field sales team
Manage/Negotiate delivery schedule between customer & vendors
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Collaboration with other departments to ensure sales and marketing are in order
Other duties assign by immediate superior.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma in business/administration
At least 1 year of related working experience
Normal knowledge in Microsoft (Excel, Words, Powerpoint)
Good communication and responsible attitude
Able to work with minimum supervision
