Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Developing clients through cold-calling and networking to achieve and exceed sales target.
• Handle Recruitment Assignments of existing and new clients/ companies.
• Understand clients’ businesses and their recruitment/ hiring needs.
• Source suitable candidates via advertising, resume mining, networking and referrals
• Screen resumes, short-list, interview and select the right match of candidates according to clients’ requirements and job responsibilities.
• Manage clients’ and candidates’ expectation.
• Provide good customer service and build excellent rapport with both clients and candidates.
• Other ad-hoc as required
Requirements:
• Diploma/ Degree in a, discipline with 2 years work experience.
• Self-motivated. Committed, Positive attitude, Matured disposition.
• Result-oriented and Sales-focused, with strong drive to go beyond Sales Target.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Pro-active and demonstrate initiative, able to work independently and a team player.
• Enjoy interacting with different levels of people
• Good follow-up skills.
