PACU/ ANESTHESIA STAFF NURSE (DAY SURGERY CENTRE)
Job Description
You are responsible to oversee patients and assess their status to ensure they are safely regaining consciousness.
Job Responsibilities
Perform physiological and physical assessment of the patients upon arrival to PACU.
Assess patient level of comfort and administer analgesic as ordered by the anaesthetist.
Collaborates and co-operates with other surgical team members and healthcare workers in the smooth delivery of patient care and services.
Develops and implements nursing care based on analysis of individualized patient assessment.
Communicates, documents, and evaluates patient’s plan of care.
Job Requirements
Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
Possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Candidate must possess at least 2-3 years working experience in Major Operating Theatre
PACU/Anesthesia trained experience nurses will be an advantage
Working location at Orchard/ Novena
5.25 days ( alternate Saturday off)
High OT rate/hour payable if required
