Job Descriptions:
Familiar with office 365
To provide day-to-day support for end-users’ EUCD (End User Computing Devices) including:
• Trouble-shooting and problem resolution;
• Administration and Configuration;
• End User Account Management;
• End User Device Hardening and Lockdown;
• Image Build Management; and
• End User Briefings & Awareness Service.
The types of EUCD includes:
• Desktops;
• Notebooks;
• Printers, including multi-function devices (i.e. printers, scanners and fax devices);
• iPads or equivalent;
• Mobile Device;
• IP Telephones; and
• Other peripherals (e.g. external hard drives, mouse, smart-card readers, Thumbdrive, monitors).
Support and trouble-shoot problems will be relating to but not limited to the following:
• Hardware;
• Operating systems;
• Operating systems components/service packs;
• Registry settings;
• Device drivers;
• Compatibility testing;
• Connectivity (network and peripherals); and
• All components (hardware and software) that make up the EUCD
