We are looking for experienced and passionate nurses to support our homecare team for a 1-month contract starting from December 2024 onwards.
Job Scope:
Conduct physical assessments of patients in their home setting
Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility
Provide detailed shift reports to ensure continuity of care
Support in emergency situations, including providing basic life support (BLS) and coordinating for further medical assistance
Requirements:
Valid SNB (Singapore Nursing Board) registered certification
Valid BCLS and AED certification
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a geriatric ward or similar healthcare setting
Passion for nursing and providing compassionate patient care
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
