Job Description:

• Manage customer service counter and exhibiting excellent customer service skills in the course of duty
• Handling of feedback and complaints from shoppers and tenants
• Provide timely and accurate clarification and advice to enquiries
• Receiving in-coming calls and making out-going calls
• Manage sales transactions efficiently
• Conduct proper handover between shifts
• Housekeeping duties including ensuring that all forms and flyers are promptly topped up.
• Performing of simple administrative and clerical duties

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a /”0″ Level.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required to work on rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays
