Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Process payments of administrative expenses
• Input of journal entries and FX rates into the various systems
• Maintain and update the fixed assets register and compute monthly depreciation
• Preparation of the various reports/ schedule such as suspense reconciliation, outstanding accounts receivable/ payable, tax schedule and etc.
• Preparation of MAS reports
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned Requirements
• Good understanding of MS Office applications
• Experience in MAS reporting
• Proactive and team player
